1 RESUME The title of the thesis: The possibilities for Volleyball Training of Children aged 6-10 Place: Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Department of Sport Games Author: Magdaléna Choutková Branch of Study: Physical Education and Sports Thesis Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Jaroslav Buchtel, CSc. Year of Thesis Defence: 2012 Abstract: The master's thesis deals with the issue of the preparation of young volleyball players who are not able to master either basic ways of playing or individual game activities in volleyball. The children are between six and ten years old which corresponds with the lower primary education. Volleyball is a kind of sport where the basic individual game activities are considered very difficult. For playing volleyball well, children must firstly reach a certain degree of physical abilities. If we start too early, then we achieve an early specialization, which has mostly a negative impact on young sportsmen. The aim of the thesis is to choose and evaluate some ways of preparation of young volleyball players between six and ten. At the same time I am going to focus on the approaches, which are specific for the real volleyball game. Title: Training and competitive activity in the age category minitenis. Objectives: Description, analysis and subsequent evaluation of the training process and competitive activity in the age category minitenis Methods: Observation, document analysis , interview with using the instructions Results: From the first part of the interview it was obvious that five of six surveyed persons recruit efficiently in a way that gets results. The second part of the interview was focused on the organization and layout of the training itself. I discovered that coaches are trying to lead their training sessions in initiative way. Composition of their training is in accordance with the general principles of sports training. From the result of the third part arise that the half of the couches do not prefer to involve such small children in competitions of individuals but rather they encourage matches played in teams. Title: The use of game principle in athletic training of children in primary school age. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to build a list of motoric games, that can be used in children's sports training, regardless of their specialization. Another objective is to classify games according to which physical ability mainly developed while verifying their popularity on the basis of the questionnaire survey Methods: The bachelor thesis is structured in the form of literary review and questionnaire survey. Results: There are 47 literary sources in the thesis. Based on the literature and own assessment of each game was compiled basic selection of games that play an important role in athletic preparing of children. In sample of children was carried out the research of the popularity of the games. It can be used as feedback for the coach. TITLE: Strategic plan of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z. s. OBJECTIVES: The diploma thesis examines the strategic management of a nonprofit sport organization, respectively long-term planning of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z. s., goals are to characterize the organization and its products and to make a strategic analysis which will include an analysis of the internal and external environment as well as a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the organization. Strategic objectives and areas will be determined on the basis of the found information and will be subsequently solid in the proposal strategic plan of the organization. METHODS: This diploma thesis is concieved as applied research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods will be used for its purposes. The specific applied methods are observation, interviewing, questioninq, analysis of texts and documents, SWOT analysis, PORTER and PEST analysis. Design research, including research issues providing framework for the thesis are put in the relevant chapter. Specialized training volleyball in school categories and in minivolleyball

Title: Specialized training in volleyball school categories and minivolleyball Objectives: The aim of this study was to characterize the specialized volleyball training for selected categories in childhood on the basis of a brief proposal to develop training content for each category. Methods: A target selection of volleyball coaches were selected to complete a questionnaire for quantitative research. Results: The results of the poll relating coaches working with children and youth categories were displayed in graphs for clarity. According to the evaluation, and comparison with the literature the final literature, was a concise, well designed training content for category minivolleybal, younger and older students.
